There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 3, line 12, following "hobby": Insert "but does not include the transportation of the participant by plane, bus, boat, vessel, or other legally regulated mode of conveyance of the participant by the commercial operator" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 12(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Kubina objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 12(FIN) am would be in third reading on the April 27, 1998 calendar.
